Shipping / Payment policy
Orders placed Monday - Friday before 3PM EST (excluding holidays) will be processed in 1-4 Business days. Orders placed on weekends will be processed within 3-5 business days. Shipping within the US may take approximately 5-7 business days. We are not responsible for fees related to in international customers paying to receive their packages.
Sometimes orders do run behind, we like to keep our customers updated on our business Instagram (@glambykamrie), on our announcement page, or we will email you about the status of your order!

WHOLESALE ORDERS PROCESS BETWEEN 10-21 BUSINESS DAYS! PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND WHEN ORDERING FOR YOUR BUSINESS.
* Glam by Kamrie is NOT responsible for packages lost in the mail (you would have to contact USPS/UPS) or packages after they say delivered. Unfortunately, once your package leaves our facility, we no longer have control over the package and USPS is now responsible. Return to sender packages
If your package gets sent back due to address being put in wrong a checkout, shipping fee will apply to resend package. If items we're purchased during a "free shipping" promo, customer is still responsible for shipping fee.
Shipping fees and taxes will be added at the end of checkout. Tracking numbers will be sent via email address provided at checkout. Please provide email and phone number at checkout. If something is wrong with your order or if we have a question we will email you. Also, please make sure address is 100% accurate at checkout.
ALL WHOLESALE ORDERS TAKE 2-4 WEEKS TO PROCESS (NOT INCLUDING THE WEEKEND). PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND WHEN ORDERING FOR YOUR BUSINESS!
Returns / Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, Glam by Kamrie does not accept ANY returns or exchanges.
