What is your return policy? 

Due to the nature of the products, all sales are final and we do not offer exchanges on any products. If your order is incorrect on GBK end, please contact glambykamrie@gmail.com. Glam by Kamrie is not responsible for USPS damaging packages, you would have to open a claim with USPS. 

How long does shipping take? 

*UPDATED*

Processing for orders placed before 3 pm EST takes 7-14 days (due to increase in orders) Monday- Friday (excluding holidays). We ship packages every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. *UPDATED* Due to increase in orders, we now ship daily! 

Shipping on wholesale orders are made to order and take 2-3 weeks to be fulfilled, please keep this in mind when planning for your business.

What if I have allergies? 

Glam by Kamrie uses a number of oils in our products that include Almond and Coconut. If you do have a allergy, we would suggest NOT purchasing our products. Oils will be listed in products description if used. 

 I need more information, how do I contact you? 

We no longer will be answering Instagram dm’s (due to high volume). If you have any inquiries about anything that is NOT on the website, please email glambykamrie@gmail.com. 

Is Glam by Kamrie looking for a brand ambassador or pr search? 

As of right now, we are currently not looking for any brand ambassador or adding anyone to our PR list!
